Returns and Refund Policy
Central Landscape Supplies will happily assist customers who wish to return or exchange goods purchased from any of our stores across Auckland or online. Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
We will accept product returns and provide you with a replacement or refund where:
- The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
- The product does not match its sample or description.
However, due to the nature of some of our products and the way they must be delivered, we ask you to ensure that you choose your product carefully. The following products are unable to be returned unless there is a clearly identified fault with them:
- Bulk delivery of any landscape supplies,
- Bagged product that has been opened ,
- Any product that has been removed from i’s original packaging, and
- Paving products that have been accepted as delivered undamaged.
You must retain your receipt, as we will require proof that you purchased the product from us. Our Team Members will be able to advise you whether a refund, exchange, repair or replacement is available, and may record your proof of identification when processing a return without proof of purchase. You will be charged for return shipping unless the product/s have been identified as faulty.
