We recently held our 2025 Annual Franchise Awards on a beautiful winter's evening at the stunning Duke of Marlborough Hotel at Kororāreka/Russell.

2025 Best Annual Business Plan Award
Our first winners on the night were Albany, taking out the 2025 Best Annual Business Plan Award, accepted by Franchisee Christy Warren, presented by Franchisor Andrew Ritchie and sponsored by Reharvest.
2025 Best Local Area Marketing Award
Albany were our winners of the 2025 Best Local Area Marketing Award, accepted by Franchisee Christy Warren, presented and sponsored by Kelly Bedford/Rothbury Insurance Brokers.
2025 Best Customer Experience Award
This year's winner of the 2025 Best Customer Experience Award went to Avondale, who were also big winners on the night. Accepted by Franchisees Tony and Jarrod Marwood, this award was presented and sponsored by Scott Graham/Tactical Media.
2025 Best Customer Connection
Unfortunately unable to be there on the night, Hamilton West were our winners of the 2025 Best Customer Connection Award, a new award this year and sponsored by Infusion Accounting Software. Congratulations team! We hope to see you at next year's Franchisee Conference.
2025 Best Digital Growth
Another new award this year was the 2025 Best Digital Growth Award which went to Avondale, accepted by Tony and Jarrod Marwood, presented and sponsored by Sam Smith of Digital Smith. MC Heather Tait of the Franchise Support Office extends her congratulations.
2025 Supplier of the Year
Our 2025 Supplier of the Year Award went to Jackson Road Haul, accepted by Sam Jackson and presented by Albany Franchisee Christy Warren. This award was sponsored by the Central Landscape Supplies Franchise Support Office.
2025 Going Above and Beyond Award
Avondale's Jarrod Marwood keeps going above and beyond, and was this year's winner of the 2025 Going Above and Beyond Award, presented by our guest speaker Mike Gray of Go Media, and sponsored by the Franchise Support Office.
2025 Franchise of the Year Award
Both highly awarded in 2025, Albany and Avondale were joint winners of the big one, our 2025 Franchise of the Year Award, accepted by Albany Franchisee Christy Warren, Avondale Franchisees Tony and Jarrod Marwood, presented by Ross Pinkerton and Gerard van Tilborg, and sponsored by the Franchise Support Office.
2025 Long Service Award
After 35 Years of Service, Swanson Franchisee Daniel Rissetto was presented with a very fine bottle of rum by Franchisor Andrew Ritchie, returning the favour and replacing a divot from a top shelf late night spent together back in the day.
A great night was had by all with special thanks to all of our Franchisees, Suppliers and the wonderful hospitality of the Duke of Marlborough Hotel.
