    The guarantors named below confirm that they have carefully read the attached Standard Terms and Conditions of Contract of Central Landscape Systems Limited (“Terms and Conditions”) and jointly and severally guarantee to Central Landscape Systems Limited pursuant to the Terms and Conditions the due and punctual payment by the customer of any moneys required to be paid to Central Landscape Systems Limited by the customer of whatsoever nature and kind, including for any breach of the Terms and Conditions, and at any time as prescribed by the Terms and Conditions; and the due and punctual performance by the customer of all the customer’s obligations, duties, liabilities and covenants contained herein. No indulgence or waiver or extension of the time to pay or any other thing done by Central Landscape Systems Limited that would otherwise release the guarantor(s) from this guarantee will release the guarantor(s) from their obligations under this guarantee.

    (a) to collect, retain and use personal information about the customer (“the information”), including the information contained in this document, for the following purposes:
    (i)assessing the customer’s credit worthiness;
    (ii)marketing goods provided by the Company.
    (b)To provide information
    (i)to any person for the foregoing purposes;
    (ii) to employees and agents of the Company and any other person, in the ordinary course of business, for any of the foregoing purposes;
    (iii) to credit agencies for the purpose of maintaining effective credit records. *
  • The customer hereby acknowledges:
    (a) That the information shall be deemed to be held by the Company at the address specified in this document, notwithstanding that it may also be held elsewhere.
    (b) That where the information can be readily retrieved the customer shall have access to it, the right to request correction and the right to be notified of action taken in response to any such request, subject to payment of any reasonable charge;
    (c) The authorities granted under this agreement are valid until withdrawn;
    (d) That for the purposes of the preceding clauses the term “the Company” means Central Landscape Systems Limited. *
