Spring 2024 Trustwood Sleepers Raised Garden Bed Giveaway Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is: Central Landscape Systems Ltd (Central Landscape Supplies) whose registered office is at Unit 1, 88 Hobsonville Road, Hobsonville Auckland New Zealand.

2. Employees of Centrals Landscape Supplies and their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

3. Prize draw entries open at 9am Friday 13 September 2024 and closing date for entry is Sunday 13 October 2024. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted. Prize winner will be drawn Monday 14 October 2024.

4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

5. Rules of entry: a) The winners must be resident in the Auckland (Pokeno to Warkworth included) or Hamilton urban area. b) The installation of the raised bed at the winner’s address shall be filmed by the Central Landscapes’ digital marketing team throughout the installation process.

7. Prize Includes: One raised garden bed 2.4m long by 1.2m wide by 600mm high, installed at the winner’s site, filled with Premium Garden MIx and planted with vegetable seedlings, valued at up to $3,000.00. Products included: Trustwood Wooden Sleepers, Premium Garden Mix, vegetable seedlings.

8. Central Landscape Systems Ltd (Central Landscape Supplies) reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

9. Central Landscape Systems Ltd (Central Landscape Supplies) is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

10. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prize is not transferable.

11. Prize winner will be chosen by a panel of three judges appointed by Central Landscape Systems Ltd (Central Landscape Supplies).

12. The site must be pre-approved by the judges prior to awarding the prize. The winner must have a suitable, flat access at their site, to allow for construction materials and transportation of growing media etc and, a driveway or close access for trucks must be available.

13. The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

14. The winner agrees to the installation of the raised bed being filmed during construction process, with Central Landscape Supplies' teams. The winner will be interviewed during construction.

15. Central Landscape Systems Ltd (Central Landscape Supplies) will agree the installation date with the winner which must be within two months (60 days) of the prize being awarded.

16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

17. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by New Zealand law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current New Zealand data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

20. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

21. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any other party. You are providing your information to Central Landscape Systems Ltd. Sponsors of products may use footage from the filming for their own social media/ promotional purposes.
